We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Sr. Sales Executive – International Process to drive business growth, generate qualified leads, and establish strategic relationships within the healthcare and mental health services sector.
Position Overview
The Sr. Sales Executive will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and supporting expansion initiatives through proactive outreach and relationship management. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in international sales, business development, lead generation, and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential healthcare providers, mental health practices, and strategic partners.
Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, referrals, and professional networking.
Conduct initial discussions with prospective clients and assess partnership opportunities.
Build, maintain, and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Develop strong relationships with prospects and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Perform regular follow-ups and nurture leads through the sales cycle.
Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate seamless onboarding and partnership implementation.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales progress.
Support market expansion initiatives and contribute to revenue growth targets.
Leverage experience in international voice processes and client communication to engage with English-speaking markets effectively.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
3–5 years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, Client Acquisition, or B2B Sales.
Experience in healthcare, healthcare services, or international voice process environments is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Proven track record of lead generation and sales pipeline management.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools is an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule
Work Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office)
Shift Timing: 4:45 PM – 3:45 AM IST
Work Days: Monday to Thursday
Work Week: 4-Day Work Week
